- Ability to work 30+ hours weekly
- Physically fit with the ability to work in summer and winter months to complete necessary tasks
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to accept specific directions is required until you are familiar with the how and when of the household including tasks such as yard work; housecleaning; moving and arranging items; painting small furniture items; watering plants, picking up groceries; mailing items; sorting invoices; small food prep items; inventory of PPE items; sweeping outside; shoveling outside; planting; weeding, assisting with days of dump runs, fueling vehicles; cleaning of vehicles and trips to the nearest town or city to assist in the shop or delivery of the day
- Valid Driver’s with vehicle provided for position to use while working only
- Valid First Aid/CPR Certification
- Housing option (i.e., mobile home) is available if required to lessen travel or on an rental basis which can be discussed at time of interview
