• 5+ years previous experience progressive and successful leadership roles
• Ability to work effectively with all other Team Members
• A belief in building relationships, effectively encouraging others, and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most.
• A reputation for being honest and trustworthy, with demonstrated ability to balance stake holders, manage conflict, and ensure accountability.
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
• CCA, Pag or equivalent experience preferred
